About First Tracks

Frank started First Tracks in 2017 to provide advisory services primarily in the finance, business development and strategy areas. He also serves on the boards of a few financial technology businesses that provide services and products to commercial banks and mortgage lenders.

Previously, Frank was the Vice President of Business Development with VF Corporation where he served on the Operating Committee and was responsible for global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. He helped execute the transformation of the Company to a more growth focused consumer business contributing to an expanding P/E.

Prior to VF, Frank spent 7 years at General Electric Company in various roles supporting M&A efforts for the GE Aircraft Engines, GE Transportation and GE Supply businesses. In his last two roles he served as a Staff Executive in the corporate office and as the General Manager of Business Development for GE Transportation. Prior to GE, Frank worked for American Brands (became Fortune Brands) for 9 years in both the Treasury and Merger & Acquisition Departments.
